When an employee stays with you for 10 years you begin to think you must be doing something right.
Josephine here in the office reached her 10th work anniversary this week.
It can be difficult to find and retain staff, especially good staff. So the fact that Josephine is still working in Terry Gorry & Co. Solicitors after 10 years is a big positive.
Yes, there have been ups and downs over the years.
But on the whole it has been all good and she is a huge factor in the success of our practice.
