I bought an Xbox as the weekend.
I have never played computer games before but did a little bit of research into strategy based, historical games and thought that playing such games might be a welcome distraction in my spare time.
I bought my first game yesterday, “Civilisation VI”, which is one of the most successful, well-known games of all time, I believe.
When I loaded it up, however, I discovered that there is a significant learning curve as to how to play the game.
So, I will have to do a bit of research first. And then figure out how I am going to deal with the problem of the small explanatory text on the screen!
