Every now and again when you are in business you can face a jolt that shakes you out of any complacency that may have arisen.
The paradox when running a small business is the greatest risk to your continued success is probably yourself and your expectation that things will remain the same.
Constant.
But flux and crisis is inevitable in any living creature and is healthy. Like any organism a business is a live thing, and a fresh injection of fresh blood and ideas is essential.
Sometimes you don’t want to face that reality.
But if you don’t? Your business will slowly weaken and die.
Change, flux is necessary. It is a sign of life.
But you need to deal with it.
