I went for my daily cycle last Saturday and intended it would be a longer one than usual, given the fact that I had more time at the weekend.
I went to Kinnegad, and from there into Edenderry and home from there.

It was me doing some commentary on three or four things that had cropped up during the week and which were topical-eg Russell Brand allegations, the protests at the Dáil, Seán Quinn’s book launch and a couple of other things.
It has proved to be very popular on YouTube with great engagement.
Yes, it is not perfect and there were complaints about the sound, passing traffic, and me huffing and puffing as I spoke.
But the format was well received, generally.
It is something I need to pursue and flesh out and improve or modify.
And I will, as a long-term project, to develop a weekly commentary video show which will also allow me to build my podcast, the Irish Law and Small Business Podcast.
