Submissions to the WRC (Workplace Relations Commission)

Preparing a good submission prior to a WRC hearing is vitally important, in my opinion.

If you prepare a compelling case, and send it in to the WRC sufficiently early, you have an excellent opportunity to set up your case and paint the picture in your favour.

You have the ability to communicate directly with the decision maker in a powerfully persuasive way, if you do it correctly, and create a great first impression of your case.

You can ensure that all your facts are in there, all the supporting law and legal principles, and make a compelling case to the decision maker who can read your words in the comfort of their own office.

First impressions matter, especially if they are given in a distraction free environment, which your submission should be.
