Spotify has comments now

I have a podcast on Spotify called “The Irish Law and Small Business Podcast”.

It has grown steadily since I first published on Spotify and I am extremely pleased with the platform to promote my podcast and work.

I received a message on the platform this morning when I went in to check the analytics, as I do every morning.

Spotify now has comments.

I suppose it was inevitable and it may work well and promote engagement, interaction, and so forth.

I just hope it is not going to be another cesspit of off the wall, hate filled, extreme, ignorant comments as I regularly encounter on TikTok and YouTube.

Let’s wait and see but comments come with their own demonstrable advantages and disadvantages.
