I bought a couple of new Sony lenses in Cork at the weekend.
I had purchased a Sony a6000 camera on eBay from Japan and I am led to believe, after a good bit of research, that the Sony a6000 is a great camera for a beginner photographer.
I am looking forward to learning by doing and simply taking photographs, making mistakes, and learning from my mistakes.
Like every new skill which you might seek to acquire there is huge benefit in just showing up every day and taking a step, whether that is writing a blog post to improve your writing or taking photographs to improve as a photographer.
The lenses cost over €500 so there is a certain amount of pressure to do the work and take the photographs with consistency as a consequence of making that investment.
I am looking forward to the journey and the outcome is less important than the trip.
