I gave a talk last week in a Webinar about my background, what led me to the profession of being a solicitor, the way I run my practice, and my use of video in my practice.
One of the questions that came in was “how do you find the time to make videos?”
I explained that I got up early every day and was in the office at 6 am which gave me the time.
But this was not the real reason, which I did not think of at the time when answering the question.
The questioner might as well have asked me how I found the time to have lunch or pay wages to staff or meet clients or send emails or work on conveyancing or employment law files.
Because, for me, the job of making and publishing videos is such a central, fundamental part of my solicitor’s practice that I see making them in the same way as the other necessary tasks involved in running my business.
