We all know people who are obsessive about timekeeping.
Well, I have an admission to make: I am one of those individuals.
I hate poor timekeeping.
I am one of those people who think that showing up late for a meeting, regardless of the purpose of the meeting, is, at the very least, disrespectful.
I have been like this all my life and am not going to change now.
If I go to a settlement meeting, for example, and the person I am meeting is late we will be off to a bad start. There is an immediate hump or speedbump I will have to get over.
And sometimes it is never surmounted.
Many people believe you can divide the world into great, punctual, reliable timekeepers, and the others.
And I am of that view, too, to be honest.
