It would be easy for me to be put off my stride by unpleasant, sneering comments on my YouTube channel, and let those comments determine or influence how I make my videos.
But it is something I must guard against and ensure it does not happen.
Because for every smart alec, sneering comment there are 9 or 10 other individuals who like what I have done and who have been drawn into the video by my unusual opening or hook.
I know they work.
So, I will not be changing. In fact, I will be doubling down because I know the value of having a good introduction or hook to my video to grab the viewer’s attention.
