Kamila Harris was always going to win the US Presidential debate against Donald Trump.
On the one hand you had a professional lawyer, a career prosecutor who became the top law officer-Attorney General-in the State of California, a state eight times the size of Ireland.
On the other hand you had a convicted criminal, sexual deviant, grifter, TV show presenter who has shown an inability to string together a simple, coherent sentence without going down cul de sacs of non-sequiturs.
A sentence, for example, like “hogs grunt”.
Of course, Harris was going to win the debate.
