When I looked at the email more closely, I noticed that he had sent the same email to what appeared to be every solicitor in County Meath/Kildare. I deleted the email.
I have no interest in bidding to be the cheapest service provider for a bottom feeder.
Anyone in business who is shopping around to save a few bob in relation to something as important as a commercial lease is not someone I want to serve. Because it is probably going to end badly.
They need to learn about the value of professional services and the vital importance of getting right the investing of money in a lease of a commercial premises. This is not like buying 2 litres of milk in Tesco or Supervalu.
