We are visiting Cork as part of our annual leave this year.
We were in Ballycotton last night, Inchidoney today and in a few days time we will be in Glengariff in Cork and than back to Ardmore in Waterford for the last couple of days.
This is a part of the country with which I would not be familiar as it is a good spin from where I live in Kildare. But it is well worth it and is a beautiful part of the country.
The beach at Inchidoney is busy but there is plenty of it and Ballycotton is an extremely pleasant village/town.
Anyway, it is nice to get away and recharge the batteries and change two things:
- your physical surroundings and
- your routine
Changing these two things alone help a great deal to help reinvigorate the mind and ensure a bit of time and space to think.
