Is overexposure even possible on the internet?

I have got my video creation and editing process down efficiently.

I can make and edit and publish a video on my YouTube channel in a short period of time. I could probably do one in 10 minutes, start to finish and uploaded to YouTube.

A further 10 minutes would allow me to distribute that video to the other platforms I uses such as on my podcast on Spotify, the Irish Law and Small Business Podcast,  on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

That relatively small amount of time and effort generates a significant return for my business, and my brand.

Sometimes I think about overexposure and whether that is possible, given the size of the internet and the myriad social media sites and the volume content published everyday.

Perhaps it is not a problem at all, even if I published a video every day. On the other hand, would it be counterproductive leading to poor quality and overexposure?

This is something I may look at in 2025.
