I was joking with the girls in the office yesterday and threating to introduce a new tag line into my marketing schtick.
“Nobody cancels”.
I overheard Josephine explaining to a girl on the phone who was seeking a consultation earlier than next week that “nobody cancels”.
The main reason for this state of affairs is that a person’s booking for an appointment/consultation is only confirmed when they pay. In other words, the person must pay in advance.
This standard operating procedure operates remarkably well. And ensures that I rarely have cancellations or no shows.
Having skin in the game, some commitment, ensures less time wasting for all concerned.
