Trust comes from
- Credibility
- Reliability
- Intimacy
- Generosity (share first)
Avoid self-orientation and focusing on “I”.
- Ask questions,
- listen aggressively,
- use the other person’s words,
- allow silence,
- seek to understand the other’s position.
