I have heard a story in the last week or so of sexual harassment in the workplace that amazes me in 2024.
It is an appalling story of injustice and discrimination. The fact that this type of thing is still going on is mind boggling.
When I sit looking and listening to the young woman telling me her story and how she had her employment terminated I see my own daughters.
I can’t help it. I have three of them.
I have one son and I know he will never experience what this young woman experienced.
I will do my best to help her and make the employer answerable for his failure of this young woman and her dreams, her hard work, her ambition.
