Some people get a kick out of spotting opportunities and exploiting them, especially in relation to property/land.
It is not necessarily about the money or the return on investment.
It is more the risk, the gamble, and the satisfaction of spotting something-some edge-that others fail to see and exploiting it.
And getting a return.
It is not that you need the money.
The thrill is identifying the opportunity, backing yourself and reaping the rewards.
That’s the kick.
